Therapy Services Provided:

People may require various types of therapy depending on their situations. These might include marital or relationship therapy, issues resulting from childhood experiences or the need to deal with emotions such as traumatic shock caused by road traffic accidents, assault or other traumatic experiences. There are of course a variety of other situations which may need therapy such as eating disorders, stress or mental health problems which we are also experienced in.

Change

We do not believe in years of therapy. Our view is that if change is to occur it will occur relatively quickly. In many cases people need change to occur in a relatively short space of time. Whilst we do not guarantee change and change is always dependent on people working on their problems, we do regularly see changes in people’s functioning, relationships and well being.
